Simply email us at cs@glumech.com and we will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Your order will be fully refunded within 2 business days of the return receipt.
Please note: to expedite your refund, Items should be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories when possible.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the order cancellation.
