We fill and ship orders from our North Carolina warehouse within 24-hours of payment.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are processed by end of day on Monday

USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from glumech.com, you will receive a refund within 2 business days of the return.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned due to undeliverable shipping address, please contact us to receive a full refund.
Shipping Confirmation
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain the tracking number and link to the carrier site to track your shipment. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us at cs@glumech.com
